Fifty Domes LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.
Fifty Domes (fiftydomes.com) is operated by Fifty Domes LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Fifty Domes,” “we,” “us”). Fifty Domes publishes independent directories built from public records, including its state lobby guides and Capitol guides. These policies apply to all of them. Contact: clerk@fiftydomes.com.
By using our sites, or by buying a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy are part of these Terms.
1. Independent directories of public records
Our guides are independent private directories. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or run by any state, legislature, ethics commission or other government body. Directory information comes from public filings and official public sources, which can change or contain errors. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or real-time. Confirm anything important with the official source. Nothing on our sites is legal, lobbying, tax or compliance advice.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the sites for research, networking, advocacy and similar legitimate purposes. You may not scrape or bulk-download the sites in a way that degrades service, resell or republish the dataset as a whole, get around access limits or paid features, or use the sites to harass anyone or send spam.
3. Claimed profiles
A person listed in a guide may claim their profile for free and add information about themselves. You must be the person listed, and everything you add must be true and not misleading. We may edit or remove added information that is inaccurate or breaks these Terms. We never change the public-record information itself, except to fix our own mistakes in copying it.
4. Paid plans

Prices are the same in every state, are in U.S. dollars, and do not include sales tax. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no setup fees and no discount codes.
- Featured listings are available only for verified, claimed profiles with an active registration, on the guide for the state where you bought it. Featured spots are limited, and we may decline or end a Featured listing that breaks these Terms.
- Firm pages are for the firm named on the page, on the guide for the state where you bought it.
- Capitol Pro is for one named person. Capitol Office covers up to 5 named people in one organization, billed on one invoice. Seats are personal and may not be shared, but you can reassign a seat when someone leaves. Exports are for your own internal use, not for resale.
- Each plan applies to one state's guide. A plan bought on one state's guide does not cover another state.
5. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. You can pay by card or by ACH direct debit from a U.S. bank account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Stripe billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the paid feature until then. Sales tax is added where required, based on your billing address. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment method you use, including the ACH debit authorization if you pay by bank account.
6. Paid placement disclosure
Featured listings and firm pages are paid advertising and are always labeled “Featured.” Payment never changes the public-record data we show or the order of regular search results.
7. Our content
Public-record facts belong to no one. Our compilation, design, software, text and logos belong to Fifty Domes LLC. You may quote and link to individual pages.
8. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The sites and all information on them are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Fifty Domes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about the sites or a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, unless the law requires otherwise.
